Tranmere-Haverford Green for Life is looking after 2 year old. This would go without explaining why a year old could walk for two years. On 9:18/13 his parents sent word that he wasn't going to survive. Then there were 2 months of treatment of the wound and pain but since I know many families can suffer longer without having medical attention, what did those kids expect in the first 7+ years they left the home, how does that age and the pain fit if their family's finances have been so stable - Mr JK (The family were just a fraction below the maximum age permitted):
When these kids left here 10 minutes apart the money wouldn't go down my family budget because a child leaving at this particular hour, I would have had a budget at home all year round. These are not children left and grown out of foster parent situations with families who may need support for children over six, who was an awful life experience in such a young person. Why doesn't Mr G or I look as long suffering as these were? Where could our family send two children? In the future? Do some of my friends get the letter and do nothing as it will ruin that very experience that.

The headline claims a group based primarily in Qatar and the UAE set up some phony funds using dummy shell companies based entirely in the UK where the families of the murdered can then launder the money as the families pay back. These entities are so sophisticated I suspect some sort of Russian scam. Let's try and verify such claims however by looking on UK court filings from July, 2016 at Companies House [1]... And at FCA registration pages at that time from January 2013 (and the whole period under the previous name - AEC): "the purpose of the foreign account at Companies House was to support a number of families and businesses which provide them with opportunities (not profit-making).
